  Had such a lovely night out with my family :) The staff were great and chatted to my son and made him feel like he was in America :D The food was quick and yummy! Save room for dessert!

  Our first meal here a couple of months back was really good, except for the fact that he beer arrived after the meal (because the bar was allegedly too busy). Nonetheless, I loved the burger
  
  Last night, we came back. It was a disaster. The food took 45 mins to arrive; chips were cold and the $49 steak was disappointingly thin and overcooked. The waiter was good and asked the kitchen to redo the food. The redone food lost the original presentation, just food plopped on top of the chips. I took a bite out of my wife's​ burger, and it was dryyy, I had juicier burger at Maccas; starkly different​ to my first visit. Our night out was pretty much ruined.

  Thought I would give TGI's another go and took the family there for dinner. What a disappointment (AGAIN) and an absolute waste of money. The food was just terrible. Even my 5 year old, left so much food on the plate. What has happened to this place?? How can you let the quality drop so much over the years. Will never be eating there again.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a child with allergies and they were very accommodating.
